For the customer who likes to supply his own parts, and build his own engine, Active Engines offers a fully machined block which includes the following:

  • Degreasing
  • Magnaflux testing
  • Deburr
  • Align hone mains
  • Index bore & precision hone on CK-10
  • Including torque plates
  • Decks squared
  • Final cleaning
  • Cam bearings & block plugs installed
