Active Engines has over 30 years of experience assembling engines from all types of manufacturers, of all sizes and horsepower, for both stock engines as well as those modified to the extreme.

The assembly process is painstaking, requiring precision and testing at each phase of the build. For this reason at Active assembly work is trusted only to the most experienced technicians.

• All running clearances are triple checked.
• All bearing surfaces are coated with a white lithium grease.
• All cam and lifter surfaces are coated with zinc rich brake in lube.

• Cam degreeing.
• Deck height checks.
• Final compression ratio calculation.
• Piston to valve clearance checks.
• Pushrod/rocker arm geometry checks.
